Calling all those working in support roles in nursing ...
We will be running various activities on the day.
Between 10-11.30am, we are running an education session covering accountability and delegation, record keeping and using social media safely in the Conference room.
Click the book now link above and, when booking, please note which session(s) you would like to join.
Here, we can offer some bite-size learning on the following topics:
• What to think about when accepting a delegated task
• What to consider when delegating a task
• Four principles of good record keeping
• Social media – five dos and don’ts
• What to expect when raising a workplace concern.
As part of our commitment to raising the profile and engaging with our nursing support workers, we are keen to meet you however much time you have. We can discuss how to get more involved in the RCN as a nursing support worker, why you should nominate a colleague for the Nurse of the Year awards and talk through any other questions you may have.
The stand is also open to registered nurses and student nurses. Come along and find out how to get the most from your RCN membership.
