The RCN Clinical Leadership Programme will develop your leadership skills using a bespoke coaching framework.
About this programme
This programme is commissioned by organisations only and is not available to individual participants. It is designed for future clinical leaders in the NHS, independent sector and social care organisations working at Level 6 and 7 or equivalent.
On this programme, participants will:
- Develop clinical leadership skills by leading a service improvement project in the workplace
- Learn the most effective way to manage change in the clinical environment
- Experience coaching as a supportive development tool and understand how to coach colleagues.
