Impact and influence - a system leadership approach
This two day programme explores how you lead yourself and others to achieve collaborative influence and impact in the changing system of health and social care.
You will hear from influential guest speakers: current and former politicians, Directors of Nursing, Chief Executives and others, who will provide examples of policy making within the health and social care sector.
This programme is suitable for all health care professionals working at Level 8 or equivalent.
This programme is delivered over two consecutive days and includes a pre-course workbook and elements of self-directed learning.
*Day 2 developed in collaboration with Eden & Partners Ltd.
Please note, due to Covid-19, the RCN System Leadership Programme will be delivered virtually for the remainder of 2020. The programme content will be delivered over four half days rather than two full days.

From the 10th of October 2019, we will no longer be working in conjunction with the ILM for the purpose of future commissions and programme deliveries.
We are in the process of seeking an alternative provider to work with for external quality assurance and enhanced benefits to our programmes.
If you have any enquires about this, or other enquiries about our leadership offers, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0207 647 3485 or email@example.com.
