Corridor Care Coalition
A united voice to end corridor care
Partners working together to end corridor care, protect patient safety and dignity, and drive lasting system change.
The Corridor Care Coalition brings together over 16 health and care organisations with a shared commitment to ending the unsafe and undignified practice of caring for patients in corridors. By combining frontline experience, lived experience, research and policy expertise, the Coalition works to expose the scale and impact of corridor care and ensure it is recognised as a serious patient safety and workforce issue.
The partnership coordinates evidence, messaging and advocacy to influence national policy, support NHS leaders and hold the system to account. Alongside raising public and political awareness, the Coalition works with national bodies to drive practical short‑term action while pushing for the long‑term investment and reform needed to ensure all patients receive safe, dignified care in appropriate clinical settings.
United by a shared purpose and a belief that corridor care is not inevitable, the Coalition provides a strong, credible and collective voice for change.
