Public Health England has provided on online questionnaire for practicing midwife's perspectives on healthy weight-gain during pregnancy and to understand how midwives can be best supported to provide brief advice on healthy weight-gain to pregnant women.
The participant information sheet, included on page 2 of the survey, will describe the study in more detail.
