You are warmly invited to join us for the latest meeting of the North West Multicultural Group.
The aim of the North West Multicultural Group is to stand against racism and discrimination by using members' lived experiences to encourage organisations, with the support of allies, to be anti-racist.
This month we will be focusing on the findings of the latest Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) report, which shows that instances of discrimination and racism continue in many North West workplaces, with black women the most likely to suffer from this behaviour. To that end, we are delighted to welcome our guest speaker, Sophia Barrett, RCN Senior Immigration Adviser and Solicitor, who will be holding a Q&A session for members to address topics including legal rights relating to discrimination and bullying.
This meeting will take place online on Microsoft Teams and is open to all North West members. There is no need to register in advance to attend this meeting, just click the 'Join Now' button.
