You are warmly invited to join us for the first meeting of the year for members of the Lancashire West branch.
Led by your new branch exec team, this is your opportunity to have your say on the activities and learning events that your branch will undertake over the coming year. Please come along and get involved if you can to make your voice heard on the topics that concern you and the work of the RCN.
A learning opportunity will be included in this meeting regarding the RCN Tipping Point Tool – Workforce standards, delivered by Martin Nunn, RCN North West Regional Officer. This tool was designed to allow officers and active members to provide a systematic way of recording their observations and log concerns regarding their organisation.
In light of the concerns members are escalating daily, this is a great opportunity to learn about an RCN resource that supports the escalation of concerns.
This meeting is taking place in person at The Harbour Blackpool.
