Choose event information:
RCN Eastern members are invited to attend this learning event, organised by the regional board, on the subject of research, innovation and managing change.
We will be having two keynote speakers:
- Claire Whitehouse - Clinical Director for Research at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
- Ada Hui - Head of Nursing Research at the RCN
Our speakers will talk about research, innovation and the art of the possible. You'll also find out more about being active as a member of the nursing team and effecting change in your workplace from the RCN Activism Academy, alongside discussions on change management.
We will be joined by the RCN Library to talk about the support they can offer to members throughout your career.
The event will be held in person in Cambridge, but there will also be the opportunity to attend online. Please indicate how you will be attending when booking your place. A light lunch will be provided for in-person attendees so please make us aware of any dietary requirements when booking.
For those attending online, a Microsoft Teams link will be provided when you book your place. If joining from a mobile device, you may find it helpful to download the MS Teams app in advance so you can join the meeting without delay.
The event will start at 10am, with registration for in-person delegates from 9.30am.
We look forward to seeing you at a regional event soon.
