Critical issues need assured handling – learn how can you hold employers to account and escalate effectively.
This workshop is aimed at all RCN health and safety reps who are seeing serious issues affecting staff health, safety and wellbeing and patient care in the workplace.
The big issues such as caring for patients in unsuitable places have not gone away, they have just stopped making the news, however, the impact on RCN members continues to affect their health and wellbeing every day.
This two-hour session will focus on the health and safety legislation available for RCN Health and safety reps to use to hold employers to account and how to escalate to external agencies.
Delegates will come away with a practical set of tools to support them in their role.
