Our patients are moving less than ever—and it's taking a serious toll on their health. From heart disease and musculoskeletal issues to slower recovery from falls, the evidence is clear: movement matters. But how can we, as nurses, lead the charge?
Join us for an energising and thought-provoking webinar hosted by the RCN Public Health and Diabetes Forum in collaboration with the Physical Activity Clinical Champions. Discover how physical activity can be a game-changer in managing long-term conditions—and how you can confidently bring these vital conversations into your everyday practice.
We’ll unpack the evidence, share practical strategies, and show you what good really looks like when it comes to making movement a key part of care.
Whether you're already passionate about physical activity or just getting started, this session will leave you inspired and equipped to make a real difference.
