RCN member consultations on the NHS/HSC pay awards for nursing staff employed on NHS Terms and Conditions (Agenda for Change) in England, Northern Ireland and Wales are now open.
We’re asking members if 3.6% is enough. Check your details are up to date, including your band, and vote now.
The RCN Northern Region team will be out speaking to members about our NHS pay consultation over the next few weeks. If you've got any questions, or want to help us talk to as many members as possible, find out where we'll be and meet us there:
