All members who work, study or are retired in the Tees Valley area are welcome at this branch meeting. Connect with other members and share intelligence and ideas.
With the NHS pay announcement late, corridor care embedded as the 'new normal', and nursing staff burnt out, expected to keep pouring from empty cups, drawing on support from your union is vital.
Come and see what you can get out of your membership. There's so much more to the RCN than meets the eye. It's not just there as insurance for if things go wrong.
There are so many member support services, useful and inspiring events, member discount schemes, employment advice, professional publications, policy position statements, standards for ensuring safe workplaces... it's worth familiarising yourself with all that's available, even if there is no way one person could possibly take advantage of everything that's on offer.
