Earlier this year, student action and campaigning led to the UK government launching a nurse and midwife ‘Graduate Guarantee’ in England which they said will ensure thousands of new posts are easier to access by removing barriers for trusts, creating opportunities for graduates and creating a seamless transition from training to employment. But what progress has been made?
