Learning outcomes:
- Develop updated skills to manage warfarin clinics.
- Understand the role of pharmacology in preventing venous thromboembolism and pulmonary embolism.
- Develop and update skills on practical management of anticoagulation.
- Be able to analyse the use of the risk assessment tool system to manage patients on warfarin therapy.
