Led by barrister Jonpaul Shields, this session will look at how organisational and systemic failure can lead to wide-ranging criminal liability. The potential personal and regulatory implications for healthcare professionals will also be examined.
This masterclass is aimed at RCN members only (Senior managers Band 8 and above) as well as home and regional managers working in the independent sector.
