This year marks the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
To commemorate this, the RCN History of Nursing Network are organising a special event to honour the nurses who served both at home and overseas, volunteering with the armed forces medical corps to care for the casualties of war.
Join us for an evening of music, personal recollections of nurses from the time, archival readings and reflections on their enduring legacy.
