Mental health first aiders: Available – ask at the registration desk or at the RCN Wellbeing room located at Lawton's Bar.

Water stations: Refill points are available throughout the venue – stay hydrated.

Top tip: RCN student membership is £10 per year. Join the RCN to be immediately eligible for the members rate.
To make a booking
Online bookings are the easiest and fastest way to book 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Bookings can be made by phone with payment by credit card/Maestro, by calling +44 (0)2920 546460. Lines are open from 9.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Bookings can also be made via email with a downloaded booking form with credit card details or payment/remittance advice emailed to eventsreg@rcn.org.uk.
All bookings will be confirmed in writing.
You will not be registered for this event unless payment accompanies your application. Places cannot be held provisionally.
The RCN reserves the right to refuse any booking at any time.
To pay by invoice
To pay by invoice you must send all of the below to eventsreg@rcn.org.uk
- A copy of the Purchase Order document from your organisation or company (we cannot process your order without it).
- Your Finance department/accounts payable contact email address to receive an electronic copy of the invoice from us.
- A completed RCN Events Booking Form for each delegate in the booking.
Once the invoice has been raised, you will then receive confirmation of your delegate booking on the event requested. Invoices are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice being issued.

Sat nav: NG2 3HU
Closest parking:
- Meadow Lane Stadium Car Park - Limited spaces available; early arrival recommended.
- Cattle Market Car Park (NG2 3BL) – short walk.
- Nottingham Station Car Park – 10-minute walk.
- Tip: Limited spaces – Park & Ride from Clifton South or Queen’s Drive tram stops is a good option.
🚆 By train

Nearest station: Nottingham Railway Station (~10–15 min walk).

Walking route: Meadow Lane Stadium is a 10-15 minute walk from Nottingham train station. Leave the station via the Carrington Road exit and navigate to London Road, from where the stadium will be clearly visible. Catch any NCT Green Line bus (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10) from immediately outside the station on Carrington Street, disembarking at Ryehill Street.

The nearest bus stop to Meadow Lane Stadium is Ryehill Street, which is served by any NCT Green Line bus (5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10).

These buses depart the city centre from the Victoria Centre (Parliament Street) or Angel Row.

- From Nottingham city centre (~20–25 minutes): Walk south via London Rd → turn right on Iremonger Rd → The Nest is on the left.

By Skylink bus: To Nottingham Station (~35 mins), then walk.

By taxi: ~25 mins, approx. £30–£40.

By car: Follow A453 toward Nottingham, then signs to Meadow Lane/Iremonger Rd.
