This event is for members employed by ICBs in Devon and Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to discuss the voluntary redundancy scheme and other options.
We understand that this is an extremely challenging time please come along to ask questions and share your concerns.
This will provide a safe space to discuss the NHS voluntary redundancy scheme in detail and ask any questions you may have about it.
Following the announcement that ICB employees can apply to a voluntary redundancy scheme, this event is for you to discuss this, access support and explore your options with your area's Senior RCN Officer, Nikki Thomas, and your local RCN reps Joanne Hope (NHS Devon ICB) and Sarah Pulley (Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly ICB).

This meeting will be a safe space to discuss such issues and more.
