RCN member consultations on the NHS/HSC pay awards for nursing staff employed on NHS Terms and Conditions (Agenda for Change) in England, Northern Ireland and Wales are now open.
We’re asking members if 3.6% is enough. Check your details are up to date, including your band, and vote now.
The RCN Yorkshire & the Humber team will be out speaking to members about our NHS pay consultation over the next few weeks. If you've got questions, or want to help us talk to as many members as possible, find out where we'll be:
