All RCN representatives in Northern, North West and Yorkshire & the Humber regions are invited to join us for this continuous learning and development event.
The purpose of this event is to enable representatives (reps) to champion members across the North of England working to empower, support and defend them in their workplaces.
Sessions will include expert speakers to:
- provide an overview of the new National Nursing Role Profiles and the work of the RCN in role alignment
- share insights on how reps can effectively support members in capability cases
- review strategies to minimise the risk of violence and aggression to nursing staff and engage and mobilise memers
- examine the use of mutually agreed resignation schemes (MARS) and voluntary redundancy (VR) in workforce planning.
