Navigating disciplinary hearings with confidence and clarity.
This workshop is aimed at RCN stewards who are starting to represent members in disciplinary hearings, or who have some experience they would like to build on.
Experienced stewards will be welcome to share their experience and to reflect on their practice with other less experienced stewards.
The disciplinary process can be distressing for RCN members, whatever the outcome, and RCN stewards have a key role in ensuring the process is conducted fairly and that member expectations are properly managed.
This two hour session will focus on the preparation needed to represent effectively and to manage the process during the hearing.
