The RCN is committed to being an inclusive organisation that promotes equality, values diversity and respects the dignity and rights of our members and staff.
The RCN East Midlands Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) network guides our work on EDI across the region, where members can discuss how the RCN can drive the EDI agenda, how they can can get involved in championing EDI in their workplaces, and how the RCN can support EDI activity in the East Midlands.
It's an open network and we're always looking for more people to get involved and help us shape the future, so if you're passionate about people being treated fairly and respected for who they are - whatever their background, interests or experiences - we’d love it if you could join us.
You may be involved in promoting EDI in a professional capacity or you may be from an under-represented group and have powerful lived experience or insight that can shape what the network does and how it does it.
Whatever your own background and if you feel you have a positive contribution to make, we're inviting you to get involved.
