Senior Specialist Occupational Therapist, Older Person Assessment Unit, Guys Hospital
Linda brings expert Occupational Therapy input to older adults with complex needs. Her work focuses on falls prevention and management in the community, using advanced clinical reasoning to support functional independence. She’ll discuss defining falls, their impact, risk factors, and the multifactorial approach to assessment and intervention, highlighting the vital role of OT in community care.

With over 40 years of experience, Lindsay is a leading voice in older people’s nursing. She’s worked across NHS, academia, and the private sector, and is a published author and international speaker on frailty and ageing.

Lead Consultant Practitioner | Deputy Chair, RCN Trauma and Orthopaedic Nursing Forum
Donna specialises in orthopaedics, frailty, dementia care, and silver trauma. She leads falls pathway development and inpatient rehab across multiple NHS Trusts and is actively shaping best practice in trauma care and rehabilitation.
