This interactive two hour workshop explores the vital role that reps have in policy review and implementation.
Policies are the foundation of fair and inclusive employment practice and reps will learn how to critique a policy with the aim of raising the quality and seeking out what lies beneath.
We will explore the mechanisms of policy review and how our engagement with the negotiation process is vital to ensuring the best outcomes for our members.
