This event is for members employed by Q&A session for members employed by BNNSSG ICB to discuss the voluntary redundancy scheme and other options.
We understand that this is an extremely challenging time please come along to ask questions and share your concerns.
Following the announcement that ICB employees can apply to a voluntary redundancy scheme, this event is for you to discuss this, access support and explore your options with your area's Senior RCN Officer Andrew Christaki.
You can read the RCN article Voluntary redundancy in NHS organisations in England explained for a summary of what's potentially on offer and an idea of some things to consider.
This meeting will be a safe space to discuss such issues and more.
We have recently published a position statement on voluntary redundancy, and you can access this and more resources and information to consider on the England NHS systems organisation webpage.
