Vote in the NHS pay consultation

09 Jun 2025 - 01 Jul
Choose event information:
If you work in the NHS or an organisation which has terms and conditions aligned to Agenda for Change we are asking you to vote in our pay consultation. You can find the link on this page.
Do you think a payrise of 3.6% is enough?
We need a clear picture of how our members feel about the government's recent pay award for nursing staff. Please vote in the RCN NHS pay consultation if you haven't already done so.
How to vote
- To vote in the NHS pay consultation this June, visit our 'Have your say' webpage.
- Look for the heading 'Vote on your pay'.
- Select 'Vote in England'.
- At this point you will be asked to log in. You will need your membership number and password.
- If you can't remember your login details, you can reset your password. Your membership number can be found at the top of any recent South West member newsletter.
- Vote yes or no. Your views are important. A high response will inform our ongoing work to lobby for improved pay for nursing staff
Important
You should have received an email sent on 9 June from 'Professor Nicola Ranger, Royal College of Nursing', with voting buttons saying 'yes' or 'no'. These are unique to you and cannot be forwarded.
If you cannot find this email at your preferred email address (make sure you have checked your junk folder) and you think you didn't receive it, it is vital that you check your details are correct, including your employer and your Agenda for Change band. You can do this at MyRCN. Please ensure you keep your details updated whenever you move addresses or jobs to ensure that vital campaign messages reach you in the future.
