Nurse resilience and wellbeing is a top priority for the workforce and workplace. Resilience is a capacity that can help nurses manage occupational stressors, built from exposure to occupational adversity. Understanding the role of positive workplace factors (Resources, Education and Support) are key to its enablement, underpinned by strong supportive relationships.
This webinar is suitable for all members of the nursing team: registered nurses, Health Care Support Workers/ Health Care Assistants, and pre-reg. nursing students working in the NHS or Independent Health & Social Care Sector. This event is hosted by RCN Wales, but you do not need to be based in Wales to join us!
This interactive webinar session will explore the meaning of resilience to you, an opportunity for you to reflect on your personal and external resources to promote your own resilience, and who you work with, for the benefit of all. As well as some stress management strategies.
This webinar can be used as participatory learning for NMC revalidation.

You can also download and complete a booking form via the 'Download booking form' button above. Payments can be made via credit card/Maestro, invoice (purchase order required), or BACS.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to take online bookings for non-member Health Care Support Workers and non-member Nursing Students. Please book over the phone by calling our Events Registration team on 02920 546460 (Mon-Fri, 9am - 4.30pm) to pay by card.

Cancellations received BEFORE 5PM WEDNESDAY 5 NOVEMBER 2025 will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after this date. Places can only be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of RCN Events.
This event will take place virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting. You do not need to have a Teams account to view the meeting, any internet enabled device should work - you can view the event via a web browser, (recommended on desktop or laptop for full functionality) and on a phone or tablet you also have the option of downloading the free Microsoft Teams app. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have booked your place, and the link to join the event 48 - 24 hours before the event start time.
