Learning event: Nursing leadership – releasing the potential
Presented by Paul Vaughan, National Deputy Director of Community Nursing, Primary Care Nursing and Women’s Health at NHS England, this session will explore the vital role of nursing leadership in community and primary care, with a focus on relationship-based leadership.
Nurses are uniquely placed to lead neighbourhood health because of their close connection with individuals, families and communities and their ability to bridge health and social care. The session will highlight examples of best practice.
