18 Jun 2025, 13:00 - 15:00
Choose event information:
Presented by Dr Ruth Chambers and Paul Edden, co-directors of Raparu Consult CIC, this learning event will explore the use of digital technology to improve health and wellbeing.
This session will introduce attendees to the DigitALL programme, which enables and empowers participants to take good care of their wellbeing in their workplace. It will include tasters of the online options for a range of courses, including overcoming work stress, combating back pain, adopting healthy lifestyle habits and dealing with the effects of the menopause.
Combining key messages with personal tasks and activities to enable participants to evolve their own personal plans, the session will also give them the information they need to share with others in their workplace (if appropriate).
Light snacks and refreshments will be available.
To register your attendance, please book your place here.
PLEASE NOTE: there are limited car-parking facilities at the venue, but delegates can park next door at the Cobridge Community Multicultural Centre. Please park carefully and responsibly on both premises.
