This online workshop is open to Health Care Support Workers and other health care staff in the East Midlands and West Midlands and will offer advice and guidance to enable them to act on any concerns they may have identified in the workplace.
The workshop aims to cover:
- The importance of raising concerns
- Types of concerns in the workplace
- How to raise a concern
- What happens when a concern has been raised
- What to do if a concern is not resolved
- Feeling safe when raising a concern
- An introduction to RCN resources and support
Delegates are asked to reflect on a concern that they may have experienced in the workplace to refer to throughout the workshop. Identifying details will be kept confidential and will not be shared.
This event is also open to non-RCN members, so please share the details with any colleagues you think may be interested in attending.
