If you have been contacted about an investigation or disciplinary, please read the relevant advice guide.

It is not always necessary to have a representative at an investigation or fact finding meeting. There is no legal right to representation, and many employers won’t let a representative say anything at all. However, it is important that we properly assess so please complete the online form.
