To make an appointment, call the RCN on 0345 772 6100. You can call between 8.30am and 6.30pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
The counselling service operates over the telephone so you can access counselling at a time that suits you. One of our counsellors will phone you at an agreed time, so the RCN pays for the call.
What to expect
During your first appointment the counsellor will establish what help you need, and arrange further contact if needed.
As part of your counselling with the RCN we will invite you to complete a brief, confidential questionnaire. The information you provide will give focus to your sessions, help your counsellor understand how you are at the moment, and help us evaluate our service.
If you decide not to complete the questionnaire this will not affect your access to the service.
You can also get help on a range of workplace issues.
The quickest way to access the counselling service is to call RCN Direct on 0345 772 6100. If you feel unable to do this, you can complete this counselling online referral form and an administrator will make contact within two working days to discuss booking an appointment.
