Join us for Expanding Horizons in Fertility Nursing — a dynamic, forward-looking conference supporting fertility nurses to meet the diverse needs of today’s patients while advancing your own professional development.
This full-day event brings together expert speakers covering key areas of inclusive fertility care, including fertility preservation for cancer patients, PCOS support and the role of fem-tech, transgender fertility care, and navigating the emotional impact of loss. You'll also gain practical skills in how to write and submit abstracts for conferences — empowering you to share your own experiences and innovations with the wider community.
A live panel discussion will reflect on how patient needs have changed over time and how our roles continue to evolve in response. Whether you're new to the field or an experienced fertility nurse, this conference offers fresh insight, connection, and inspiration to help you grow your practice and better support your patients.
Learning outcomes
• To share emerging developments and innovations in fertility care, with a focus on inclusive, personalised, and evidence-based approaches
• To strengthen clinical confidence and adaptability in fertility nursing, supporting nurses to lead and deliver care across diverse patient pathways
• To facilitate meaningful, cross-sector networking, fostering collaboration between clinicians, researchers, digital health providers, and patient advocates
• To deepen engagement with the RCN and wider professional bodies, reinforcing the role of fertility nursing in shaping the future of reproductive health care
Who should attend?
This conference will be of interest to nurses, midwives, nursing associates, student nurses and health care assistants with an interest in fertility nursing and care.
What previous attendees have said about the conference:
‘This was my first RCN conference and it was one of the best conferences that I have attended. The subject and discussion was at the right level for nursing and provided reassurance that my practice and that of the unit are correct and to a good standard but also provided new approaches.’
‘Great event, thank you so much it was very informative and look forward to the next one.’
