The fourth webinar in our Caring Without Compromise series will explore:
- Working in high-pressure environments: Understanding the emotional, mental and physical toll of delivering corridor care.
- Recognising stress and seeking support: Signs of stress, compassion, fatigue and burnout and when to reach out for help.
- Methods to decompress during and after shifts in high-stress environments.
- Setting boundaries, asking for support from colleagues and celebrating small victories.
- Emotional reflection: How to be kind to yourself and others when conditions are difficult.
- Creating hope: how does this end?
Rita Devlin, Executive Director of RCN Northern Ireland, will provide the opening remarks for this session including an update on the RCN's campaign to end corridor care.
