- Empathy and understanding: Why this is important.
- The challenges of corridor care: How environmental factors affect patient experience and outcomes (e.g. comprised private and dignity, increased anxiety, delayed treatment).
- Workforce perspectives: How nursing staff are managing care in corridors and their emotional response to these situations.
