The third webinar in our Caring Without Compromise series will explore:
- Teamwork in challenging times: Strengthening collaboration among nurses, doctors, allied health care professions and support staff in busy environments.
- The sum of our parts: Developing high performing teamwork under pressure.
- Leveraging technology: Use of digital tools (e.g. communication apps) to improve coordination and reduce stress.
- Activism for change: How to advocate for better working conditions while maintaining a compassionate attitude toward patients.
- Peer support and mentorship: Encouraging peer support systems and mentorship programmes to help nurses share coping strategies and develop under pressure.
