Before you contact us

To get the most out of your conversation with us, there are a few things you can do:

  • Pick your time: please think about whether you have the space and time to talk openly.
  • Be prepared: we will ask you for your membership number and to confirm your employer’s details/place of work. Please also have any relevant documents to hand.
  • Consider your desired outcome: ask yourself how we can help and what you would like to achieve from the conversation.

Support and reporting lines

If you have been affected by the issues relating to the recent reports of sexual harassment, you can call our confidential help and support line. You can also raise issues or concerns around sexual harassment via our reporting line.
